Heart Test UK is an independent company providing efficient, high quality investigations to support Consultant Physicians and Consultant Cardiologists in the management of patients with cardiovascular disease.
Having grown over the last 7 years HTUK wanted a new identity to reflect the professionalism and care that they offer to both doctors and patients alike. The logo was designed to represent the ticking of boxes when carrying out a test, only we replaced the box with a heart.
We designed the website to be simple, clean and efficient to use. It features an online patient satisfaction form and secure online Physician referal form for convenience.
