Taste is a healthy eating cafe in The Liberty Centre in Romford, Essex.

Design Remedy created an identity that would compete with the big boys - Pret, Costa and Eat for example. The logo is simple and honest with a colour palette that suggests healthy and fresh just like their food and drink.

We developed a signature illustration style that is bold and simple while utilising the strong brand colours.

Since opening in May 2006 they have gone on to win 'Havering New Business of the Year 07', 'Essex Best New Company 08' and 'Best Sandwich Bar in the UK' at the national industry awards, 'The Sammies 2009'.

We developed an entire creative package including logos, stationery, menus, POS, marketing and window graphics. Design Remedy is currently working with Taste on the design work for their plans to offer the brand as a franchise.
